ACC – Deed Restrictions

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ensuring that all homeowners adhere to the neighborhood Covenants and Restrictions for building and landscaping standards. All proposals for additions and/or modifications to your house and property (such as patios, landscaping, paint color, fences, etc.) must be submitted to the committee for approval in advance.

Failure to obtain appropriate approval from the ACC could result in Deed Restriction Violations requiring removal or correcting of unapproved work.

The intention of the Covenants and Restrictions are to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. You should have received a copy of the Covenants and Restrictions for your property at closing. If not, you can download or you may contact the Board and/or ACMP and request a copy of your restrictions. Please keep in mind that there may be a charge for copies of documents.
